Qualifications are important if clients are to be sure that the advice we give is accurate and well founded.
Sean recently sat the Health & Safety module which forms part of the revised CSSW and CSRT (The module was not compulsory when Sean sat his CSSW several years ago).
Of course, he already has the two CSRT partner modules, having passed timber infestation surveying and remedial dampness in the mid-nineties. There’s not much Sean doesn’t know about damp diagnosis, dry rot or woodworm.
He now proudly adds the letters CSRT to his CSSW and clients can be assured he’s right up to date on the Health, Safety and legal aspects of the work we do.
This means safer employees, safer contractors who work alongside us and safer customers. More qualifications will be obtained overthe coming months and years as we strive to drive up our surveying standards to new heights.
Well done Sean!
