Sian Hamilton has completed ten years of service to Brick-Tie and our clients.
We’ve lost count of the number of times our clients have mentioned how friendly, helpful and knowledgeable Sian is. There really is no better person than Sian, to be the voice of Brick-Tie, as first contact when clients reach out for our help.
This Friday Sian completed ten years with us, and they have really flown by. Brick-Tie depends on the goodwill of customers, and we never forget that. But of course, words are one thing, actions are what count. Sian is a naturally helpful and deferential person, which comes over whenever she engages with customers. Her experience shines through and her technical knowledge is excellent – she really knows what makes Brick-Tie tick. What underpins her great service is genuine humility and empathy for everyone she comes across, be that customers, suppliers or teammates.
